"Very loud and noisy as the main road is right outside your window/balcony .. the tv was constantly buffering, no vents in the bathroom so it gets very hot in there. The staff was awesome .. "

"I would never go again. Needed 2 rooms. CC show money is pending for full price of room and the security deposit that was required. Claimed this was not the case. Kept wanting money that was already pending for the property. No actual person just a text. There was Noone at the office. The phone number could not reach a person."

"The advertisement said balcony ocean view. It should have said shared walkway with two little chairs. And the ocean view was through a window that has a staircase in front of it. The first night it was nice and quiet. Friday night the music from the restaurant takes over the room. Pets are allowed, even great big barking dogs. Thin walls and floors make that a treat. It was nice to sleep to the pitter patter of dog nails all night long. One would think you could turn on the tv to drown out a little noise, but the cable was not hooked up, and the WiFi for streaming was not working. If you plan on getting wasted by the jetty and need a place to crash maybe this is your place. Positive note, food at the restaurant was good. "

"This was the worst place to stay for a vacation. First and foremost, I had no idea that that’s the place that was in the photos. Very disappointed and bummed because of how much me and my boyfriend spent. There were roaches, spiders, mouse droppings, and an infestation of fire ants everywhere in every corner of this shed like building, they were in our clothes, shoes and suitcases. It smelt like animal pee and was NOT LIVEABLE. And our toilet was not working. There was mold growing around the AC and the roof of the shed had plants growing all in the corners. This place was filthy and looks like it hasn’t been maintained for years. My boyfriend is in and out of hospitals right now for a virus, I’m hoping that has nothing to do with the cleanliness of this place. I am fighting for a refund! This place NEEDS to be shut down ASAP. It’s 100% a health hazard. Mind you we immediately left. Did not stay any of the days we paid for. Went to a hotel immediately. "

"Reserved ocean front balcony & got a partial view of the inlet & no balcony. It appears I paid over $150 more that the room I got would normally cost. Room had coffee, but with the poor lighting I used my cell phone light to make the coffee. Shower has been redone & looked great - still need to add a shelf & find a profesiona painter."
