"Property was under going maintenance which was conducted with as little interference with our enjoyment. It was handled efficiently by the staff and maintenance team. Hotel was very clean with staff was genuinely nice. "

"No beach view. The photos posted are not accurate. No inside sitting/breakfast area as photos showed. Pool was not clean. Check in was easy and she was very pleasant. The outside area needed all greenery cut back with attention to dead shrubbery. Linens were very clean. "

Kept wanting money that was already pending for the property. No actual person just a text. There was Noone at the office. The phone number could not reach a person."

"The advertisement said balcony ocean view. It should have said shared walkway with two little chairs. And the ocean view was through a window that has a staircase in front of it. The first night it was nice and quiet. Friday night the music from the restaurant takes over the room. Pets are allowed, even great big barking dogs. Thin walls and floors make that a treat. It was nice to sleep to the pitter patter of dog nails all night long. One would think you could turn on the tv to drown out a little noise, but the cable was not hooked up, and the WiFi for streaming was not working. If you plan on getting wasted by the jetty and need a place to crash maybe this is your place. Positive note, food at the restaurant was good. "

"Reserved ocean front balcony & got a partial view of the inlet & no balcony. It appears I paid over $150 more that the room I got would normally cost. Room had coffee, but with the poor lighting I used my cell phone light to make the coffee. Shower has been redone & looked great - still need to add a shelf & find a profesiona painter."
