"The shower was in really bad condition Floor tiles in the ahower dull of black mold Really uncomfortable Water flow from the shower really slow In general the washroom was not in a good shape "

"Excellent central location in Reforma. 15min walk to Centro/Chinatown. Breakfast has wonderful variety of food, Starbucks in hotel, OxxO, 7-11, pharmacy nearby as well as a great taco place across the street."

"Muy buen hotel, para viaje de negocios, especialmente para trabajo cerca de la zona, ya que el hotel está ubicado en una zona industrial, a los alrededores no hay nada que uno pueda aprovechar para visitar más que empresas. El restaurante está muy bien y el servicio de gimnasio es externo pero es bastante completo el desayuno muy rico todo y las habitaciones perfectas."

" My stay at Holiday Inn Express in Mexico was overall disappointing. The staff was polite but fairly average—nothing particularly memorable in terms of service. Breakfast options were very basic, and unfortunately, the coffee was quite poor. The room itself had a noticeable issue with a musty, unpleasant smell coming from the carpet, which affected the overall comfort. The location was also not very convenient, especially since the main road nearby was under construction, making taxi access difficult. I also tried the rooftop restaurant, but the food was mediocre and didn’t meet expectations. Overall, the experience did not justify the stay, and I would likely consider other options in the area next time."

"The hotel is very conveniently located and safe - it was just around the block from the artisan market, tacqueria orinoco and a couple nice breakfast spots which I walked to daily. It was also close to a club I went to when Yellowclaw played. It is also close to the Angel of Independence so the transportation for the hot air balloon tour was able to pick me up. The staff is very polite and I want to mention Isaac who helped me with my bags when I first got there. I would say that the walls are very thin and you can hear even when the water is running in the other room lol but it didn’t bother me much. My room was by the street side and it can get loud at night so if this bothers you, probably request a room on the quieter side. Overall I would stay here again!"
