The service is excellent and all the staff super helpful. The hotel could use a renovation as the rooms are starting to get old. The only thing is that the rooms washrooms smell like drainage so perhaps something to look into. Other than that, great location and great amenities.

Rooms are very dated. Mattress and pillows poor. my room (and all others in our area) were off a busy street with loud motorcycles going by early in the morning. NO WiFi in our area of the hotel either. Fitness equipment was more expansive than most in this price range, and all was in working order, however all was very old Lifefitness equipment. No towels and no water in the fitness area on one day. Desk staff seam to be too busy with their internal items to provide assistance on several occasions.

Staff and location is great. The rooms were super nice and the food was very delicious. Only reason it’s not a 5 is because I asked for a shower chair for my wife prior to arriving. Fortunately they did provide a plastic chair (not the best for my wife) but it was still better than nothing. I recommend this hotel to anyone however I wouldn’t recommend for wheelchair users. I’ll definitely come back but hope they provide actual shower chairs in the future.

"Excellent, friendly staff, great gardens, and a perfect location! The staff kindly moved us to a ground-floor room to better accommodate my mother and daughter closer to the pool, and they even found items we left behind. The only negative is that some patio and desk chairs have ripped, dirty fabric. The property just needs a little maintenance
