Al momento de hacer mi reservación debo seleccionar un tipo de recámara, la cual al llegar al hotel no es nada similar a la ofertada en línea y te dan la que se les ocurre, al comentarles de lo seleccionado al momento de la reservación, argumentan que a ellos no les aparece nada de eso

El hotel es sumamente cómodo, el personal es muy amable y el desayuno generoso. Los peros que le pongo es que el estacionamiento no es propio y hay que pagar por él, por estar al pie de una avenida principal, cerraron el paso por una carrera y costó muchísimo trabajo salir.

Está bastante decente el hotel, pero aquí dice en expedia información que en la vida real no es. Por ejemplo la cama dice queen size y es una cama matrimonial. La televisión es una pantalla plana como de hace 15 años, sin poder proyectar tu celular o tener aplicaciones para alguna app. El buffet del desayuno el otro día normal. Lo único bueno es que las instalaciones están muy limpias y y fomentan la reutilización o reciclaje y cuestiones orgánicas.
