"I can’t rave enough about this hotel.. it far beyond exceeded our expectations! The staff was excellent! The service was excellent! The concierge was excellent! We loved it so much every-time we tried to venture out, we wanted to go back! Because nothing compared to it . The food was empecable, the tea time service .. unmatched . We are very avid travelers and like to be pampered when we go on vacation . Of this is you! Stay here!!!! BTW the Japanese spa accommodations were excellent! I highly recommend this hotel to the pickiest of travelers. "

"Excellent stay"

"I arrived very early, ready to ask if I could store my luggage until my room was ready, when I was handed the key to my room. I understand this doesn’t always happen, but it was great to get to my room a couple of hours early. My room was lovely with a view of the church. The hotel is in a fantastic location and is perfect for exploring the narrow streets of the old town, but it’s also just steps away from the main shopping area, the river, and other highlights of Basel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and I would highly recommend this Hotel."

"Arrived early but was able to check in as room was being cleaned and after welcome drinks was able to get in room,staff at front desk were very friendly as travel passers were all sorted so we were good to go.room was very spacious very good shower,breakfast was excellent with a good selection.Hotel was in a great location near city centre but a quiet location ,near airport and train station and transport."
