Hotels near Nature Conservation Center

"We’ve stayed at the hotel previously overnight, which was fine. On this occasion, we stayed 4 days. Very few places to eat. As we had a late flight, close to midnight, I tried to get a late check out, to stay in the room. On different occasions I was told free until 2pm, second occasion 9000yen and the 3rd request 12000yen. When I requested an additional night I was told 359000 (which equates to $3000+ AUD). Another request brought it down to $300+ AUD. Perhaps something was lost in translation. The irony was that I could get the room from Expedia for $219. It was the inconsistency that I found frustrating. In the hotel’s defense, they store your luggage for free, which we did in the end, as our flight was close to 11pm at night. Cleaning staff were great, cleanliness was fabulous but I feel It’s more a hotel for transiting, as opposed to a base to explore Tokyo."

"The staff was so helpful and kind. The rooms had everything (all the little amenities that guest sometimes forget) available inside the room. The breakfast bar was delicious and offered so many different options. My family and I will definitely be staying there again"

"Clean room, very good A/C, good water pressure, easy check in and check out. 10 mins walk to Shinjuku station. Lots of places to eat inside the building"

"Location location location!! The hotel is attached to the Shibuya station plus the Airport Limo to both airports stop here. Keep in mind that the area is extremely busy and is in the heart of Shibuya which some may find overwhelming. Rooms are clean and the staff are super helpful. There are coin operated washer and dryers on the 7th to 10th floors. Would stay here again!!! "

"Small, but not as small as other budget hotels. Still had a little space to sit. Washer/Dryer came in clutch because it did rain a few days while we were there. 24 hour grocery store across the street was also a plus. Fridge, microwave and hot plate in the room so we were able to stock up on snacks and drinks. Maybe a mile walk to Shibuya crossing. Near an alley with restaurants and bars."

"I liked the location of the hotel. The room and the bathroom both had bad odors. The mattress was a little lopsided. There was not sufficient space to open up my suitcase. There were noisy guests walking in the hallway and woke me up one night. "
