"The staff were fantastic, super polite. Service was always prompt and issues handled swiftly. The only thing I would offer as a warning to visitors is to keep in mind that the cheaper single rooms are designed for one person, definitely not two visitors from north america. This is not a fault of the hotel or its staff, just a statement of fact."

"The hotel was impeccable, room was comfy and clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, they even had essentials available of all sorts if you forgot something (hair tie, brush, toothpaste..). Very thoughtful establishment! Loved the E-bike rental opportunity too-it was fun! I will say the only drawback was location to Tokyo where most ventures and tourist activities were; Ubers were about 30 minute trips and train was about 60 minutes to get there. "

"This is my go to hotel when I'm in Tokyo. Yes the rooms are quite small, but they are clean and comfortable. The location is great, the bakery is fantastic and thete bar is a great place for a quiet drink."
