"An exceptionally clean and well presented hotel and room.
Have stayed as this hotel several times, it’s a convenient location to Birminghams China Quarter and Gay village.
Staff on arriving and leaving were very professional , polite and welcoming "
"The room was very clean and the mattress very comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Buffet breakfast was included and was absolutely amazing: a huge selection of delicious food and beverages!
Location is ideal for vibrant Broad Street night life, with a very wide choice of quality eateries in easy walking distance.
Great location and great value!
I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely visit again."
"Room was small but ok for a short stay. Clean and the shower was good. We could hear other guests so the soundproofing could be upgraded. The underground car park is very tight to get into.
"
"Really nice clean modern hotel. We booked it as we were attending a show at the Symphony Hall and the hotel was ideal being just a 5 minute walk away. The Bullring shopping centre is around 10-15 minute walk.
Parking is easy and is around £17 a day, payable via a QR code on exit.
Our Double air conditioned room was spacious with a giant comfy bed. It was clean and modern. Only minor negative point was the small bath and shower which didn't leave much room for manoeuvring.
Check in took about 30 seconds. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Only in the hotel for a night but would recommend and return in a heartbeat."
