We really enjoyed our stay. Location was amazing!! Very clean, love the walk in shower! The only drawback was the beds. They were a bit too firm for us, won’t stop us from booking there again. We will see you again in February!

Perfect location for walking distance to get around Little Italy, and Gaslamp quarters. Even a nice walk a long the water front to seaport village. Property was very clean and the front desk folks were absolutely amazing. So helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Loved the rooftop cinema club and the close access to all of little Italy’s restaurants and farmers market as well as the harbor and museums in walking distance. The room was older and had a slight mildew smell but was comfortable. Maid service is by request only.

The staff was great. They were very helpful and always with a smile. The staff at the Glassdoor were great also. My room was clean. I loved the rooftop cinema. Nice view of the bay from the balcony (rooftop). Great experience.

The staff of the Porto Vista was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. Unfortunately, the room had a musty smell. The problem we had was that the water was turned off on the first day of our stay. I came back to our room in the afternoon planning to take a shower before dinner and found that there was no water. Luckily the person at the front desk arranged for me to take a shower in another room. We were not informed ahead of time.
