This was my second time staying at the Porto Vista Hotel and once again, it was a great experience. The location can’t be beat - right in the heart of Little Italy downtown and just a short walk to the weekly farmers market, which is always a highlight for me when visiting San Diego. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, especially the bartender at GlassDoor Restaurant & Bar, who was entertaining and an excellent mixologist. Another major plus is that the hotel is dog friendly and very accommodating, which I really appreciated. Parking at the hotel is expensive, so I opted to park nearby instead. Overall, a fun and convenient stay in a great neighborhood. I will definitely be back!

Great location, clean rooms, very welcoming staff. The room was a good size bathroom was large but very low ceiling at 6'5 I was almost touching the fan. The flooring was cracked and lifting up by the bathroom.
