The outside of the hotel looked amazing and the minute you walk in your instantly greeted! The entire staff were welcoming and friendly, especially with it being our first time in Tennessee and to experience snow ( in the winter ice storm that was headed there way) . They assured us that we would have been fine and they had generators so we wouldn’t be without power. Renee the hotel manager greeted us every morning to make sure things were going good and if we needed anything even though they were short staff they were more then welcome to still help anybody out. DEFINITELY would come back again! Thank you for being so nice to us!

Rooms were very clean and a very convenient location for both fast food and steak houses. Didn't try the breakfast since it was just an overnight stay but the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Didn't try out the bar either but it looked really nice especially with the huge TV. Definitely recommend.
