"Hotel does not offer security for the guest , there is no customer service or good communication . The hotel has 1 restaurant buffet style and close view of Narita Airport. It is very quiet, it has a small laundry room and a shuttle bus to the Airport . The rooms are a good size with basic amenities. The quality of pillow and mattress are basic ,extra firm."

"The hotel has poor customer service and bad communication with the guest. They are not aware of who comes in as there is no security. There is 2 restaurant but 1 is closed for unknown reasons. They are not focus on the charges or the identity of the guest to match documents. There is loitering in the first floor bar. "
