"The property is massive with nice grounds, a pretty lobby, and a konbini (convenience store) located on the ground floor. All the staff we talked to were very nice, spoke great English, and were knowledgable.
However, my compliments on the properly end at level 1. When we made it to our floor the corridor leading to our room was very dark (not in a good way) and smelled horrible. There were also stains all over the carpet (likely were the smell was coming from). When we made it into the room we were greeted with a throw back to the early 2000s with furniture and light fixtures that looked older than me. Much of the furniture was damaged and showing signs of stress and age. The shower fixtures barely worked and the shower was gross. We had been traveling all day and only needed to stay for the night so we dealt with it and left as soon as we could the next morning.
I would highly recommend AGAINST staying here unless you're extremely budget conscious and only plan on being there for a night."
