"We liked: Location to Narita Airport. Free shuttle to airport and shops. Spacious room with good view, excellent bed and quiet. Restaurant buffet was good value for evening meal. Free breakfast was substantial. The foyer shop provided a good range of daytime meals. Comfortable waiting area. Staff were very attentive, engaging, delightful and helpful. A real human touch. Overall great value for money. We would definitely stay there again."

"Economical hotel that is geared to the traveler who is weary after flying into Narita. The hotel is on both train lines (JR is better because there is a bakery and a 711 on the short walk from the station to the hotel). It is for the traveler that wants something clean and convenient that doesn't care about a mark on the wall or carpet that has been replaced in squares; it is well maintained and used building. The internet is easy and free. The water is hot enough (if you want) to burn the airplane off of you with a tub you can sit in if you want a bath. This isn't some luxury resort, but if you have been some places I've been, it's great."
