"We arrived by Zipair at 8pm. By the time we arrived at hotel all the restaurants and hot spring was closed. We enjoyed hot spring next morning and enjoyed breakfast buffet."

"Convenient and accessible. Not having to leave airport property was great. Value for price, convenience, location was good. The beds were a little firmer than what I am accustomed to but my first capsule hotel experience was good. Just a side note it is shared shower and wash facilities."

"The staff were very helpful and accommodating, they were able to understand my English and speak a little English. They offered luggage storage for people who arrived too early for their booking, allowed me time to explore the local area. room was decently sized and I fit snug (6'2, 250lb man) storage for baggage is under the bed, plus it was clean. the restroom was a alright fit and I could use both toilet and bath/shower properly. They offer a Japanese bath robe to use to the onsen/spa, within the spa there are locker cubbies to store your belongings (underwear, jewelry and accessories. They key for the locker goes with you into the onsen. The shuttle to the airport is very close by, but I still recommend getting a umbrella/poncho and cover for your suitcase for the walk to the bustop. Overall 10/10 for me, idk others experiences and you shouldnt base your decision off of just the bad ones. find the average rating."

"Perfect hotel for first night after flying in. Walking distance from Narita station. Very good breakfast included with our room, then you can hit the Express into Tokyo the next morning with ease. Second time doing this, very happy with Welco."
