"The staff was welcoming and attentive. Loved having a little patio to relax on. The food was very good.The only dings: the bathroom sink tends to splash water, so be carefull. And the spa/massage was only meh. Great location though, I think you would be hard pressed to find a better stay in Amristar."

"Check was a complete disaster, the staff of 3 took forever and one employee wanted to use his personal phone to photograph my passport and id. This is completely unacceptable and dangerous for foreign travelers having their information stored on a device that isn’t secured by the property. When my frustration was noticed by one of the 3 staff , a kind female. She took over and said it should be captured on the hotel scanner. The room itself was an electric accident waiting to happen with the mail wall switch emitting sparks every time it was turned off and on. Thankfully I only stayed one night and went somewhere else for breakfast due to their dismal offering and poor service that was located in another building. Just avoid this place if you are traveling from abroad. "
