"A lovely hotel. Very good service by the staff. The food options were good. Hygiene and cleanliness was of very good standards. Typical challenges of a good hotel in a lower hill area. Nothing exceptional about the location but watching the Ganges flow down was serene."

"The location of the hotel and the first floor room made the stay unforgettable. You can see the Ganga flowing silently from your bed as you wake up everyday.
The breakfast was sumptuous and if you need more just tell the chef. He is delighted to please every customer. This is rare.

Last bit not the least it was the best high tea iI have seen yet. Pakoras a gogo accompanied with nice masala chai.

"The wifi was pathetic, no internet on the wifi whatsoever, even I have to get addition data packs on my airtel network to use the internet at night, but then too, airtel signal is also very weak in there. I have not seen such bad wifi network in any 5* hotels I've stayed, please spend some money and upgrade your wifi/speeds as this is not cheap hotel and people expect good wifi, specially when travelling. We booked classic room as it was only available at that time. The room was good, service was ok as well. Parking facilities are good. Location is little up the slopes on the road which gets heavy traffic during peak hours."
