"I do not recommend this property for the following reasons: Location- terrible. We couldn't find any mode of transport to the Ghats & market. There is also no sign board on the road to guide you to this place and one has to ask around people on street, guards to help if they help. Service- our food order arrived 30+ minutes late and after several follow-ups. Aircons have no remote so you need to keep furniture to stand on and then reach for the controls. Bathrooms - the washbasin taps open with a sudden of gush of water so fast it will wet you :) "

"The wifi was pathetic, no internet on the wifi whatsoever, even I have to get addition data packs on my airtel network to use the internet at night, but then too, airtel signal is also very weak in there. I have not seen such bad wifi network in any 5* hotels I've stayed, please spend some money and upgrade your wifi/speeds as this is not cheap hotel and people expect good wifi, specially when travelling. We booked classic room as it was only available at that time. The room was good, service was ok as well. Parking facilities are good. Location is little up the slopes on the road which gets heavy traffic during peak hours."

"It was a descent hotel for the price. Best part was the location, pretty central to most things you want to see or do. But the whole "One Earth" thing i thought it would be an environmentally green hotel and a little groovy. No, none of that. Just plain, much like their breakfast, very plain and not much for westerners. English is spotty."
