"The hotel was a wonderful surprise, great views and sitting areas. They rooms are great but they need to check them once prior to checking the guests in. Some corners were a bit dusty, nothing a little attention would not take care of. What would be great would be if they had a free shuttle from the hotel to the town area, the taxis charge too much when called up to the hotel for round trips."

"There is no play are for the kids . Lawn is situated at some height so you have to take around 40 stairs to reach it . Gym and other activities are not there. Food is excellent. Staff is very courteous. "

"First of all, the details says its close to the Mall in Mussoorie. In reality, its a good 5 minute walk to the hotel! It is in one corner with minimal lighting, and as a group of women travelers, we were a little scared to be honest! There didn't seem to be anyone else in the "hotel" and our night stay was a little tense. And there was no mention of Treebo anywhere, which surprised us as the booking was made assuming there will be some standards to Treebo! The rooms had insects around and the...
