"If staying in Kelowna this accommodation is ideally located for Beaches and play areas, as well as having good shopping for self catering and with a car easy connections for the local area.
Highly recommend this place and the swimming pools/hot tubs were brilliant."

"Room clean and functional, although badly in need of updating. Larger room than expected. THE INCLUED BREAKFAST WAS THE WORST EVER EXPERIENCED!!! Didn't use the pools or hot tub, but the outdoor pool looked clean and well maintained. Some housekeeping shortfalls in that some soap and shampoo dispensers empty, and several light bulbs burnt out. Quiet on the backside of the property away from the main road. Staff friendly and helpful."
"The day that arrived at Tiki Shores, it was raining & windy, we traveled on motorcycles, by the time we arrived during the normal check in time, the office was closed and there’s a note on the door for answering service, I called twice no answer and I left messages twice, never got a return call, Iwe were wet & cold, I was very upset, we had waited for over an hour before we could get into our room, and I chatted with a live agent on the hotel.com, didn’t get anywhere, until other travelers arrived, apparently Tiki Shores had text their guests with the instructions on their room info and access, because I booked my stay with hotel.com, my contact info was not available to the inn but they had informed Expedia which the information was not passed over to us, half hour later, another traveler gave me a direct cellphone to call, I finally got a hold of someone and got my room info & access code, but the lock was broken, can’t get in, so I called again, they had to call a tech guy to come in to fix the lock, so we had to wait again
The next morning I spoke to Sharon in the office about our disappointment the day before, Sharon was very nice and professional on how to make things right and ensure their guests are happy, she gave us a full credit for the night, thank you Sharon
In my option, Expedia should credit the commission back to Tiki Shores Inn as Expedia did not pass the information to us
Tiki Shores is a very spacious & clean place to stay, we will stay there again"
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable experience and would be happy to stay here again."
"Normally we always have a great stay at Days inn this one was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was the exact same every day hashbrowns seem like they just get steamed not actually cooked & brown and eggs were boring with no taste and nothing to help spice it up as other hotels tend to do. The sink in our room we found out leaks. And then the last day when we tried to go to the indoor pool it was closed for maintenance which happens but there was no sign so many people were waiting and we had to go track down someone to find out why it wasn't opened. My mom also had a room and when she went to check in she picked check in early was allowed the option and then called later to see when she could come and they informed they cancelled her early check in. Nobody called to tell her and why was it an option if they weren't even going to allow it? Just definitely not one of my favorite days inn to go to. We've been to others & had an amazing experience ."
"I have stayed here many times over the years. Staff is great, room was clean, but the entire place is vey run down. Long overdue for a renovation. The hallway carpets should have been replaced ten years ago."
Four Points by Sheraton Penticton at the Convention Centre
4/10 Poor
"Everything about the hotel was great except for two things:
1. We could hear everything in the neighboring rooms as if they were in the same room as us. It was very poor sound insulation.
2. We booked a King Size Room, and was disappointed that our room has a queen size bed. I brought this up with the front staff, and apparently that's how this hotel classifies these beds, as king size even though they are clearly queen size. There's an entire industry that has standardized what a King Size bed is, and our room was not that..."
