It’s a vintage motel and could use a little updating, but definitely a decent place to stay. The room was clean and the service was good. It was nice to have a proper kitchen and we enjoyed the pool. It was a bit noisy at night; it almost sounded like the bathroom fan in the next room was running all night and it kept making a grinding sound or something. Also, the window in the front room could use some black-out curtains in addition to the blinds, as it was a bit bright for sleeping in that room.

It's an old outdated property just like most of the motels. Room was clean except for doors and baseboards, could use a good scrub. Air conditioning was not working that great. Didn't get the bedroom cold so had to sleep on the couch. Couch was very comfortable. Pool was great. Nice picnic area with tables and bbq's. Location is on the main strip and close to everything.

Quiet, close to the lakes and dining options, BBQ’s were good for cooking our own food, good parking, pool was nice. Rooms were nothing special but good enough and comfortable enough for us! We had a small issue that was promptly and kindly fixed by management which we appreciated. I would recommend especially to anyone who is looking to save money by cooking some of their own meals

The staff here deserve a shout out for keeping this place as clean and welcoming as it was. A lot of these older strip style motels in destination cities around BC can leave you feeling ripped off and in need of a Tetanus shot, but The Apple Tree surprised my girlfriend and I as it was the most affordable option(which while booking felt risky) was spotless, rooms were large, air conditioner had our suite cool and comfortable when we arrived, pool area was clean and enjoyable, I could go on, bottom line is this spot is the best bang for your buck in penticton! We will be back soon!

The room was the size of an oversized closet. The tv was small, The coffee maker is up high where you can't see where you are pouring the water and then the coffee tastes like plastic 😕 The only thing that is worthy mentioning is the bed was comfortable.

Stayed for a week with our family and really enjoyed the Apple Tree Inn. It was great having a kitchen and full size fridge, the pool is great for a cooldown and the location is close to groceries, both beaches and downtown. Would stay again!
