"This is a love hotel which is used as a business hotel too. I'm a media coordinator and I often have to place foreign guests in hotels according to their budget. Well this hotel exceeded my expectations. The price is relative low and has parking (very rare in Tokyo) the rooms are huge for Japanese standards and spotless clean. You have all the frivolities of a love hotel, jacuzzi, free condoms, lots of video channels, skincare products, a nice big bed, a karaoke machine, a computer in your room...
"The location is very quiet
10inite walk to train station. Check in and check out was very easy. We found the beds hard but still slept ok. We would go back for sure. "
"The staff were always so accommodating. The train station is 3 minutes walk away and that area has a lot of small eateries and lots of 24hr convenience stores"
"Next to the train station so it's really convenient to move around. Lots of dining/shopping options within the area. Hotel is very nice and a offers a delicious Japanese style breakfast. Would definitely recommend and will consider staying at this hotel. Staff are really nice and accomodating."
"Owner let me book an extra day after i extended my trip!
Was very easy and quick to communicate with, I'd recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Ikebukuro!"

"My wife and I stayed in a newly renovated room at the hotel for 3 days in mid-August.
The Room
We chose a smaller room which was extremely well appointed despite being smaller than the average north American room. The room had been redesigned from the ground up and exceeded all of our expectations. The Queen size bed and bedding was very comfortable. There was a built-in desk with a mini bar as well as shelves that provided plenty of room to store items. The bathroom included a shower and tub as well as a bidet toilet. The bath amenities were also high quality and plentiful. All the staff we encountered were great.
Location
The hotel is located in a safe quiet neighborhood near a mall and the main train station. There were plenty of restaurants and a 7-11 and Family mart a block away.
I would highly recommend the hotel due to its location, staff and room quality."
"This place provided way more than I ever expected to receive from a hotel.
From the moment we arrived the strive for 5 star service was evident.
And they achieved it during our entire stay.
The staff was always more than accommodating.
The onsite dining options were some of the best meals we had in Japan.
The garden was stunning and full of history.
It was an amazing experience overall.
Our sincerest thanks to the entire staff of this establishment, and a special thanks to Murakami San for his consistent personal efforts and time spent with us.
This was a very special trip.
We will certainly stay here again when we return."
"It's pretty awesome to stay at the hotel with the giant Godzilla on the top of it. Unfortunately the terrace was closed while I was there but it did not take away from my stay. Great staff. Amazing location - short walk to Shinjuku station, lots of great eats around, and plenty of people gazing to keep you entertained for days. "
"The hotel was a very convenient walk from Ikebukuro Station and the staff was very friendly! The room was small but it was all the space I needed and the bathroom was fairly large and quite nice. I’d recommend staying here as a solo traveler in Tokyo!"
"Great economic hotel. As any other hotel in Tokyo with the same amenities is small but comfortable. Still, you get all the services from a high end hotel. Very good located and accessible. "
"Spacious room, great view. Also was respect for elderly say holiday and they allowed for me an early check in which was great as I was very tired travelling from Osaka. "
"So nice, right next to station, super comfy cosy place with all kinds of generosity, good breakfast and free drinks in the evening. Pajamas, pillow library and lots of nice facial care/bath care to choose from every day.
Would be good for tattooed guest to know, I was not allowed in the onsen as I have tattoos, which was unfortunate- but checked it out inside and it looked so good. Wish I could’ve gone in. "
