"We think someone cooked a lot of Chinese food in the room before our stay because the smell of Chinese food was VERY strong in the room ..we didn’t complain or ask to change the room ..but it really bothered my husband.."

"The staff was incredibly friendly but the rooms were so dirty! I stayed there twice, the first time they had to change my room 4 times due to the tv not working twice and the third time the room smelt so bad of body odor. They were so nice though and the room I ended up with was fine but after switching three rooms and ended in a fourth. The second time I said they were nice enough and I’m sure the room will be fine but when I checked in, I opened the pullout sofa and there was human poop on the mattress and urine stains and smelt so bad of urine and poop! There was also trash behind the couch so the room was not properly cleaned even sweeping want done "

"Disappointing! Not worth the money. They charge for breakfast. Room was not clean, there was dust everywhere and it was noisy all night. Rooms also need major updating! Very underwhelming for the price they charge. "

"Clean rooms / all areas. Love the bathrooms. Hallways bright. Bar happy hour awesome. Food is good. Lobby so appealing and clean. Pool / hot tub / game area very nice. "

"Breakfast - meat was black, hard, disgusting. Frozen or completely thawed yougurt. Brown bananas. Room wasnt cleaned on one of the days. Snowed so we lost tv capabilities for 3 hours. Staff was fine."
