"right on the beach, easy access. clean room! one thing to mention is that the room door was a bit older so it was a bit weathered and the sound of the wind was pretty intense. otherwise, room itself wasn't too cold and the heat/ac worked just fine."

The first staff member I dealt with was polite and very helpful the second one I dealt with was not great, the second day our room didn’t get cleaned up, trash emptied, bed made, new towels etc, the rugs did smell like animals but it is a pet friendly hotel which we love, the room did not smell and was very clean and nice which we were happy about. There was a bit of shady biz going on in the parking lot but not much you can do about that just a heads up if you have little ones there keep them close while outside. Honestly for the price we will probs be back, the room really was very nice!! "

"The hotel is definitely aging and needs some care. The soap dish had fallen off in the shower and was not replaced (and there was no other shelf), so there was nowhere to put a bar of soap except on the shower floor. The air conditioning unit was also VERY noisy, which made it hard to sleep. The room was clean, but a bottle of tilex was left in the bathroom by the cleaning staff."

"Stay was okay; Staff were friendly. Room was clean but seemed older. There’s no indoor pool. Parking lot seemed sketchy in the back, but we made out fine."

"They don’t have elevators but they have dumbwaiters and you have a nice view of the beach. Nice comfy bed and they provide you with some cooking supplies. There’s also numerous food places nearby so you don’t have to go far to get food."

"Here's the good: - nice location - clean linens and carpet - nice pier to sit on overlooking the bay. Everything else: Booked a month or so ago. Arrived to discover they were renovating parts of the hotel, and that my room was directly over top of where workmen were cutting large slabs of marble with saws. When I inquired about the noise, the staff only said "Oh, we're renovating." Constant power sawing went on for two days. The morning of check out, I was in the shower when the water was cut off, no warning, because they were apparenlt redoing the washer-dryers outside my room. I don't normally write negative reviews, but the three day vacation I tried to go on was hampered by poor weather. I couldnt retreat to the beach, and the hotel I booked to relax was under construction. I understand needing to renovate, especially during off season, but I would have booked somewhere I could actually take a nap for my vacation. Super disappointing."
