Everyone & everything was so amazing! Great amenities to enjoy inside while the weathers not good on the outside! Very clean & comfortable. Breakfast included: roasted pears, waffles, sausage, potatoes, bagels, pastries, granola, cereal, oatmeal, fruit & eggs! We could enjoy the sunrise over ocean from the window in room.

Our 2nd time staying at the Avenue Inn and Spa was enjoyable. The room was clean, check-in and check-out were easy. The location is great - close to everything. Even though breakfast was better than our first stay, it was not all that good. I appreicate the hotel not throwing away usable food, but it was unedible by the 3rd day of reheating. The beverage options were appreicated, including the almond milk and juice selection.

We arrived early on a rainy day and were checked in ahead of the scheduled time - for which we were very grateful. A very delicious complementary breakfast, wine and cheese at 5 pm and the most decadent chocolate chip cookies with whole milk at 8 pm in addition to clean rooms and helpful staff made our day!! Indoor pool, So near the beach too - we’ll definitely return here.

I arrived early. My room was not ready. The staff called and informed the room was ready. Their customer service was accommodating and superb. My car would not start and they have their technician to give me a jump start. The music was nice as well. John and the staff , thank you for your assistance.

This is out 3rd time here. This time was wonderful, too. The check in is fast, the room was beautiful, very clean. Beds are extremely comfortable. Chocolate chip cookies and milk in the evening top off a perfect day. Staff is very welcoming and helpful.

Had a great stay here. Place was extremely clean inside and out. Room was just as expected and clean as well. Staff was very friendly and my daughter loved the milk and cookies at night. Breakfast in the morning was also plus, first time staying here but definitely will be making this our regular visit. Parked up top in check in parking with a full size pickup truck and had no issues whatsoever.

Really enjoyed the hotel. Liked the proxmity to the beach and happy hour. I found out after eating at the restaurant that the hotel didn't own it. My restaurant experience was terrible. Too noisy. Wish the hotel did not suggest eating there.

We enjoyed our stay @ The Avenue! Our first time staying here and certainly won’t be the last! Great location, and staff was amazing! I would recommend staying at the Main hotel. There are two locations, which we were not aware of. The Avenue II is next door, but not connected to the primary hotel. Great experience for us! Highly recommend!
