"Very good maner in counter reception "

"We’ve booked three rooms for our family. We all arrived on 3 different days and requested 3 different types of rooms. Front desk staff were super helpful to put us all on same floor and that is so convenient for us. The decor is kind of outdated but clean. Breakfasts were very delicious and good variety . All buffet staff were very efficient and never ran out of good food. "

"Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Service was great! When I had issues with cleaning clothes, they handled it very professionally. This is the first New Year’s Eve for my family, we had a great time at the party in the hotel. "

"Despite a highish pricenfor thebdate of our stays. The hotel is at a great location. Everything is so clean and tidy. There is a fantasticnkids play area. Arra u can grab outside food and eat. Provision of small savoury snacks between 2-4pm. Very helpful staff. Special mention re: EVA of 4th Floor and Joanne of 37th floor. Rooms are on the small side and no sofa available. However we will still return. Perfect for those w younger children. "
