"Very clean hotel, polite staff, very helpful & kind.
The Breakfast is delicious with tropical fruits. The restaurant is cozy at night.
I extend my stay with them."
"Everyone from the owner, Mr Lee, to all the staff were fantastic.
Best shower we had in Uganda. Comfortable bed.
A lovely pool, and versus so many other areas of Kampala, a fairly quiet road in front.
Would 100% recommend. Many thanks. "

"We had an amazing stay at Serena! The property, amenities, staff and services were all top tier. Whenever we return to Kampala, we will be staying at Serena"
"We had another lovely stay at Hilton Garden Inn this week, the staff are so attentive and helpful, especially Collins and Wilson, but there isn't one member of staff who did anything less than their best to ensure that we had a good stay. My children love it here and the addition of a rollaway bed makes it much more comfortable for all of us. I was not charged for this which compared to other hotels we have stayed in during our trip is brilliant and so thoughtful. It does not take much to set these beds up and makes such a difference to families who can struggle to find hotel rooms to accomodate multiple children.
We stayed either side of a visit to Murchison and the hotel was happy to store my luggage for the 2 days we were away, even offering us a complimentary breakfast for our last few days as I had mistakenly left this off our second booking.
It's perfect walking distance to Acacia Mall and easy for all the nice restaurants in Kololo and surrounding areas.
We will definitely be back again next time we are in Kampala!"
