Mua really helped with everything that you need and really my made my stay so much better. The bed is one of the most comfortable bed you'll ever sleep on! "We arrived in Sapa early after the transfer from Loa Cai train station. We were going to check or bags, the receptionist upgraded our room and checked us in. She was amazing. The staff went above and beyond, Wendy kept in touch with us gave us maps, suggestions for day trips, arranged tickets for Fansipan. Hotel is on a quiet street a short distance to the main square.
