"Jesus and Arnaldo at the front desk were so helpful and stored my bags before check in. They were amazing & I would come back for them! This location is walkable but the public areas and restaurants are much better looking than the rooms. My room had no overhead light so it was pretty dim throughout the night. The hallways had a faint mold smell but I didn’t see any mold there. TRYP gets high marks because the staff goes above and beyond and overcompensates where the rooms fall short. "

"This is a beautiful boutique hotel. Staff is wonderful and really friendly. Our room had a plumbing issue and we were immediately upgraded to a new room. The front desk staff, valet, and restaurant staff were amazing. We stayed doing renovations and the only issues is I wish they started their work later then 5am. "
