"This is an average hotel way away from the action of Cebu City area. This is a new hotel listing on Hotels.com. We booked and paid for a room online for 4 to include breakfast. When we arrived, we were told that they don't have rooms available for more than 2 people, although they accommodated us by charging for 2 more people in the room, and 2 more breakfasts. They advertise being close to an aquarium, but it has since gone out of business."
