"Me and my family took a few days off and visited Sharm el Hsikh. We had a last minute reservation with the hotel, and we don't regret any bit of it. The manager Yehiya was really attentive and helpful and gave us more attention than we actually expected throughout the trip. "What kinde of 5 star resort that dont have wifi in the rooms? "

"We stayed for 10 nights in a different hotel and then came to this one for 2 further nights. The accommodation was extremely basic and certainly nowhere near 5 star. We had booked a deluxe double room and this didn't look anything like the photo's that the hotel provides. The room had no towels, no bathrobes, the walls were just plain white. The lighting was so poor in the room (no lamps or bedside lighting) that we had to use the torch on our phone just to see the buttons on the remote control....
