This is the third time I am writing this review and I am insisting on giving Park Inn by Radisson Sharm El Sheikh Resort 5 stars based on the great level of service including room cleanness, restaurants, pool, aqua-park, customer service, WI-FI, and the wonderful hospitality.. thanks so much to every staff member at Park Inn and I strongly recommend this hotel and will book it in my future stay in Sharm Elsheikh

I can’t even begin to get started on it. Worst holiday of my life. I’ve been to Egypt 5 times. 4 times to Hurghada and once to sharm at Parrotel aqua park. Let me tell you know it should not be a 4 star it’s dated to the point your going to get ill, it’s disgustingly dirty smells the rooms are big and yeh can look nice on your first day after 7,10 or 14 days you will look back at that room and feel like taking a one last goodbye p*** on the floor it’s that vile. The food is not even worth having the drinks are horrible and cheap ur best off getting an apartment or room in a 5 star amazing hotel just self catering or breakfast whatever you prefer and eating out every night. The taxis are cheap and the food is extremely cheap so your literally better off doing that and exploring the beautiful parts of the place (rare) don’t be put off Egypt as I’ve enjoyed every time in Hurghada just sharm el sheikh has had its time. How many people have been through there i don’t know but the place is TIREDD. Don’t bother honestly go to hurghada. Even friends who stayed at the Rixos adults only were underwhelmed the place is the problem but especially this hotel. I wish I could get a refund I wish we had the money to book a flight home early. Waste of ur time and money we had money and a pack of cigs robbed out the room by the cleaners. Yeh it’s only about 7.50 in total but still it’s the principle it’s just embarrassing and the managers won’t do anything. Just pretend whole place is a scam.

We chose Parrotel as we had stayed at its sister hotel lagoon last year and were more than satisfied. We live in Nabq and it is convenient for going back and feeding our cats. The Aqua park hotel made us welcome from the moment we arrived. It was my 70th birthday and the staff were fantastic even providing a cake. A special thanks to our waiter Gooma who was excellent. We have stayed in several hotel and can recommend this as great value for money. We will certainly book again soon

in fact, it was a wonderful vacation, the hotel was very nice and most of the staff were helpfully and funny, the pools were clean and the aqua was wonderful. the food was good and tasty and variety, many thanks to Mr. Mohamed in the reception, the beach was amazing. the only bad point that the animation team don't have any activities

Vi overnattede kun på hotellet og så derfor ikke hele hotellet. Vi boede på Aqua park siden og der var ret langt til stranden. Vandlandet var ret flot, hvis man er til rutsjebane og mange børn. Det vi så af hotellet samt værelset var ret slidt og morgenmaden begrænset. Hotellet var også meget billigt, så man får hvad man har betalt for. Servicen der var helt fin og alle var venlige.

Food is very bad . Rooms are very old . hotel needs full renovation . aqua park is amazing. I lost my short . it has been fall down from room balcony because of wind . I asked all hotel staff . they said they didn't find it & told me maybe another guest took it !!

الفندق به العاب مائية رائعة واكثر من حوض سباحة بالنسبة من ناحية السباحة والالعاب المائية هو اكثر من رائع ولكن الفندق فوضى جدا ولا يوجد نظام وموظفوا الاستقبال اكثر من فوضى وقعدت 3 ساعات لما استلمت غرفتى بسبب جهل موظف الاستقبال

Dårligt hotel, ingen renhed eller vedligeholdelse. Dårlig, beskidt og gammel mad. Gammel Indretning, alt var i stykker: air condition, døre, vinduer, telefonen... receptionen ligner en flygtingslejr. Ligner slet ikke et 4 stjernet hotel.

la struttura del resort è carina nell'assieme parlo del park inn radisson, camera deludente igienicamente lascaia a desiderare non hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola in 7 giorni, appena arrivato la stanza era piena di zanzare e insetti chiamai in primo momento per cambiare camera, il giorno dopo mi proposero un'altra al 2 piano uguale peggio di quella ssegnatami! senza poi parlare della colazione e cena sempre le stesse cose, (delusione massima). se non fosse stato per l'acqua park sarebbe stato un mortorio! sufficiente! Il giorno 25 Dicembre arrivo con la mia famiglia ( preciso 2 bambini piccoli) arriviamo al Park Inn by Radisson Sharm El Sheikh Resort e abbiamo trovato una camera completamente sporca ed un ristorante con le condizioni di cibo igienicamente non sopportabili, niente da mangiare per i bambini. Ma sul sito la presentazione era tutt'altro, con immagini accattivanti che ci avevano convinto nella scelta. Da qui parte un problema avevamo già effettuato il pagamento con carta di credito prima di arrivare alla struttura, visto che è obbligatorio. Volevamo andarcene immediatamente e ci hanno fatto aspettare una notte per fare il check-out. Ma cosa peggiore non hanno nemmeno voluto fare il rimborso dei giorni di hotel non usufruiti.
