My first time coming to Egypt after many years of wanting to come and I finally booked and came, found coral sea aqua club and when I booked it I made a mistake of only booking a 5* hotel however after staying here for a week I have found out it is a 4* hotel, if 6* existed I would rate it 6*!!!! And amazing hotel with absolutely love friendly staff, I’ve had such a wonderful the food is amazing, the entertainment is brilliant, the rooms are clean and hygienic. I couldn’t ask for a better hotel to stay at Thankyou coral sea aqua club 😊

We paid around “too many” USD for the room. When we went to the hotel for the holiday, they asked us if we had any residences in Egypt. When we got the no answer, they said we had to charge you “too many” USD more because we were foreigners. We were shocked. We said we couldn't pay that much and they could give us any ugly room. They said they couldn't give it and that they would charge us extra money by email, but we are busy people and can't check the email all the time. In such a case, they should call us or if a special room is given to Egyptians, non-Egyptians shouldn't be able to make a reservation. In short, we were stuck and no money was refunded. We came for such a long holiday and they didn't even offer us a coffee. They were very rude. We found another hotel with our own methods and “too many” USD was a waste. All the employees were very egoistic.

All the employees are very professional, nice & helpful. They all work hard to make your vacation as happy as possible. Rooms are spacious and clean. The aqua park has many varieties. The property is clean and well maintained. The food is great and tasty. Great sandy beach with corals and snorkeling options at the deep end. Great value for money. I will visit again.

We got a free upgrade to a better room, right next to the pool, which was very nice of them. All the staff working in the hotel are extremely friendly and cordial, ready to help at any time. I would really like to thank everyone from the guy who works at the reception, to the luggage porter, the guys in the restaurant and the head chef who took care of me three times a day (since I have celiac disease) and introduced me to the dishes, making sure that I only eat what is safe for me. The resort is a bit smaller compared to some others in the area, but that's what gives it its special charm, and its cleanliness and tidiness also contribute to a positive impression.

We have lived two problem: 1. They have taken … dollars in addition to the money that ı have paid by Expedia because of registration as if Egyptian person. But there is no choice of non Egyptian person in Expedia list. 2. there are two hotels in either sides of the road of the city. coral aqua club is not located to sea (beach) you should walk at least 15 minutes to reach the beach. theother part of the hotel located near to the beach. when you search the hotel on the Expedia ı couldn't understand this difference. it must be clarified.

The night desk staff on 13th april didnt pick up the phone when we called reception at 2am for a luggage collection then was rude when we asked him about it after lugging our bags to reception ourselves with two children in tow he was snarky and rude also when i asked for the breakfast packs they hd prepared and only handed them over when my husband then asked however the stay was delightful the day reception guy on 12th april (skinny guy) was lovely and our waiter Mohamad was outstanding excellent food! and the cake for our daughters birthday was very much appreciated as well as the waiters signing happy birthday to her in the restaurant would come again the water park was amazing !

Just returned from a 2 week stay in kids den room - too long as resort is quite small. Booked special offer rate but now we’ve visited the price was reflective of the standard of this hotel - nothing luxury but good. Room excellent, two big rooms but no kids den. Kids den rooms furthest from restaurant and multiple lifts. Have to also walk long way around to access pool area via ramps - minor inconvenience. Rooms this side very quiet at night. Bath tub was a pain when washing small children as shower glass is fixed so taps are difficult to reach. Furniture is quite worn but clean. Housekeeping excellent. Reception staff robotic but always helpful. Very prompt to housekeeping requests. Resort is littered with small damage and tattiness, however these don’t stand out due to good cleaning. Main buffet restaurant good for breakfast, mostly ok for lunch but very poor for dinner. On most days it was hard to combine the various dishes to have a dinner meal. The carvery was good but you’re given tiny slivers of meat. Only live cooking is BBQ thighs and koftas once every few days. We had stomach cramps on most days - this is not our first visit to Sharm and we never had this problem elsewhere. We avoided saucy foods which helped. Waiters are very tip driven, which made dining experience sometimes unpleasant. If you forgot your wallet, expect to be ignored the next day. Food servers need to smile. Overall, ok for a week but will in future pay a little more for better hotels nearby.

reception staff was rude, didnt realise that i mistakenly ordered a resident hotel room, i politely asked him what he could do, then demanded i pay an extra 500 pounds or else we cant stay there, i told him have some compassion, as i had 2 children with me, i comfronted him the way he spoke to me, and i demanded to speak to manager, then suddenly reduced, he requested i pay in cash, i could see he was discussing with his colleague in arabic, not sure if they were discussing the money so that they could pocket some for themselves

Il parco acquatico è ottimo per i bimbi. Le camere sono grandi e pulite. I camerieri sono gentilissimi. Il personale di cucina non ride mai e la cucina è monotona e sempre con gli stessi sapori. La reception ha personale che spesso non capisce bene l'inglese e l'italiano non lo parlano e diventa dura quando si deve parlare di problemi. Ci hanno fatto aspettare 1 ora, all'arrivo, esche non trovavano la prenotazione e alla fine ci hanno dato una camera che non era quella prenotata (per cui avevo pagato un supplemento) e Expedia ci ha offerto buoni sconto per un prossimo viaggio mentre io avevo pagato il supplemento per questo viaggio. Ioltre, il mio figlio maggiore ha dovuto dormire su un divano 2 posti che hanno attrezzato con le lenzuola solo dopo 2 notti. Al check out l'addetto alla reception aveva discusso con un cliente prima di noi e ci ha quindi trattato malissimo e nemmeno ci ha salutato. Il ragazzo che guida la club car nella parte "spiaggia" ci ha chiesto la mancia per fare il suo solito servizio taxi verso la reception dal cancello e, quando abbiamo rifiutato, non ci ha salutato e le volte successive si è sempre inventato scuse per non farci salire (le mance le diamo sempre ma non se hai fatto il lavoro per cui già ti pagano e siamo lì da 1 giorno e hai fatto 1 minuto di servizio, sopratutto poi se sei gentile e non le chiedi). Dopo una settimana poi, è arrivato il big boss per un sopralluogo e la vita al villaggio, sopratutto nell'acqua park era diventata impo

It was nice. Restaurant staff were the best. Everyone was friendly. Only down sides was they never had any kind of change at the desk in any currency and really preferred that you didn't use a credit card. Didn't let the cab leave for the airport until they "checked" the room. Just a little different.

The beach is nice. I don't like the payment for late check-out, I don't like the rate of replacement the empty pool of foods whether at the main restaurant or at the different snacks outlets (around the swimming pools and on the beach). I don't like the attitude of the staff at the restaurant when dealing with me as an Egyptian nationality, while they are dealing nice with foreigners.
