"Lovely hotel with modern rooms and friendly staff. Location is close to the main square and there are loads of lovely restaurants and bars within a few minutes on foot. Would definitely stay here again if back in Krakow."
"This hotel was clean, beautiful, modern and in a great location, but what made it even better was the truly outstanding service of every employee. Would definitely stay there again!"
"We had an excellent stay for family mini-reunion (3 adults and 2 kids). The Old Town area is great - easy walk to attractions and restaurants. The grocery store is next door to the property. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The communication was timely and excellent. Highly recommend !"
"Excellent
We wanted a room with character, a balcony, kitchen, and soaking tub and this delivered. Staff was kind and accommodating. This apartment style spot added old world style to our Krakow visit. We enjoyed being able to relax when not touring the city and salt mine"

10/10 Excellent
"Brilliant hotel. We had a lovely welcome by the lady on reception after a long journey and arriving much later than we were due to. We were tired , but the lady made the check in seamless and couldn't do any more to make us feel really welcome.
The room, even though it was one of the road facing rooms, was extremely quiet, as the road is not one that has passing traffic so extremely quiet, and borders on to the park that circles the old town.
We did have a problem with the air conditioning, and the room did get quite warm a couple of the nights, as for some reason, the Aircon goes off by itself in the middle of the night, so we had to contact reception to change the settings for our room which seemed to sort it (they seem to control the Aircon from reception, although you can change temperature in the room from the panel inside the room).
We didn't try the food in the hotel, so can't comment on the quality, although if the service is anything like the service at reception, it will be good.
If we ever return to Krakow we would definitely look up this hotel for availability as had a fantastic experience here. Thank you to all the staff.

"Steam room and dry sauna are very nice. Quite relax after a steam bath. Not many people, basically 1 or 2 people or even just me there every time. Hot water, coffee even Cappuccino and latte coffee are complimentary 24/7. Morning breakfast is delicious with many options. Will come back and highly recommended. "
"Stylish and chic. Rooftop is amazing. Room was large and very nice but a bit dark. Breakfast staff were a bit slow. Gym was hot and limited. But I really enjoyed my stay here. "
