"Room cleaning is very random, during 4 nights stay I only got room clean once, and the last day stay I put on dnd and room cleaner slamming on the door at 9am asking if room clean is needed There’s no such bad room cleaning service I have ever been through"

"Found it to be very impersonal and business-friendly, but less interesting for a family. Location is ok, on a busy street close to the metro and walking distance to attractions (about 2 km). Our room was verrrrrry quiet. The restaurant was too expensive for us - I could not justify taking our family there at the prices on offer. If we did not have teenagers with us I would have preferred a B&b for the friendliness and social interactions so easily available. The neighbourhood around the hotel is mostly EU and EU-style business buildings."

"I can hear snoring through the walls. I burned myself twice showering as the water turns scolding hot in an instant causing me to jump out of the shower. It actually caused me burns that stayed red for a while. "
