We had a lovely time at this hotel; although there were renovations taking place which we weren’t aware of (which woke us up around 8am on day 1) the staff were happy to move us to a different floor where the renovations weren’t audible. Great customer service! And the hotel itself is beautiful inside.

Avoid at all cost

Room was 30 C when I checked in, and the AC didn't work. I specifically booked this hotel because they had AC listed. I was offered a bottle of water as compensation.

We did late check in and had to move into another room at 1am since bathroom shower leaks. No maintenance was available. We have 5 luggages and no assistance was extended to us despite my request.
