Very comfortable room in a stylish part of Brussels. Staff helpful and informative The city centre was easily walkable and plenty of dining options within 10 min of the property. Would highly recommend this bijou hotel

The property was quite unique, and the room and bathroom both large, and both with windows. The breakfast was quite good, but expensive. The facilities were clean and quiet, but the dining options nearby were limited. The staff was somewhat indifferent, and the distance to the old town was considerable.

It’s a very modern yet retro style hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was amazing and kind! The hotel is just 5-7 mins of walking distance from the metro station and located in a great neighborhood.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff! Good location. Rooms are clean and spacious. We didn’t try the breakfast. Minus is that there is no minibar in the room and our used glasses were never swapped to new clean ones.

It is well -positioned and pretty cool. Although my room was airless. My breakfast experience suffered from a large group of Romanian?? guests who talked loudly to each other across the room and kept walking around. I moved table twice so I could hear myself think!

Overall we had a good stay at Zoom Hotel. The only thing I would mention here is that we found the bathtub quite slipery and it may cause accidents when stepping in and out.

Hotel staff was very accomodating, we had an early check in and they gave us a room hours before check in time! Nice, clean room. Narrow elevators. No AC.

No air conditioning required us to use a noisy fan. Limited hot water was a challenge while showering. Even staff were helpful but day staff seemed to be inconvenienced. Room was clean and efficient with its space.

This hotel is the best! The rooms are dramatic, with an industrial, chic vibe, and I had a window that opened to the coolest graffiti. The lovely staff people were always friendly and helpful, and I REALLY appreciated that I was able to check in early. A truly pleasant stay, and I’ll stay there again if I’m ever back in Bruxelles.
