"La ubicación es buena. El personal es amable. Se sirve desayunos (no comida y no cena). La habitación presentó fallas, las reporté y no lo resolvieron. Fuga de agua en el tanque del sanitario, lo que significó un desperdicio de agua de manera contínua por varios días. En la regadera se ven espacios oxidados y mal selladas las tuberías. Con gusto regreso a Mérida y no a ese hotel. "

The pool although small affords a refreshing dip on a warm day and some beautiful sunset skies late in the afternoon. This is a very sweet stay and walking distance to so many great restaurants and boutiques."

I’m so grateful that this luxe resort allows responsible dog owners to bring their pup. The buffet food was the best I’ve ever had at an all Inc’ - no need to go to the à la carte restos. The beach was glorious and very little sargassum except for one afternoon when a band washed ashore. Heavenly ocean swimming playing in the waves.
