"Check in was so fast, our room was huge and the view was gorgeous! We knew in advance there was only valet parking, but it was a shock to others so just beware it's busy valet & was I believe $49 a night. Once you're checked in with valet it's pretty smooth sailing though. Expect about an hour for your car to be ready if you're checking out on a busy morning like Sunday. You can request your car via text while you pack up! "

"My stay at Tru by Hilton Dallas Downtown Market Center was excellent. Check-in was smooth...I arrived three hours early, but my room was ready and I given immediate access. The room and facility was clean, the staff was very friendly. Deja, in particular, was extremely courteous and helpful with all of my questions. The breakfast options were good, coffee always hot and fresh. I would definitely stay at this location again on my next visit to Dallas."

Access to the Dallas Tower Club was a real bonus and the restaurant Parterre downstairs was a great spot for breakfast . "We were so thrilled to stay in an elegant hotel that feels warm, cozy and authentic. We had breakfast on the patio outside which was lovely and food was delicious. Pool is well appointed and the staff is extremely attentive and friendly! We plan to return!"
