The room and facility was clean, the staff was very friendly. Deja, in particular, was extremely courteous and helpful with all of my questions. The breakfast options were good, coffee always hot and fresh. I would definitely stay at this location again on my next visit to Dallas."

Access to the Dallas Tower Club was a real bonus and the restaurant Parterre downstairs was a great spot for breakfast . "We were so thrilled to stay in an elegant hotel that feels warm, cozy and authentic. We had breakfast on the patio outside which was lovely and food was delicious. Pool is well appointed and the staff is extremely attentive and friendly! We plan to return!"
