"The lobbys are lovely and the restaurants are all great. Love the concept of Counteroffer. Staff all helpful and friendly Only neg is the sound proofing of the door between lock off rooms. I could hear every word the other room was saying. Luckily they went to bed early. Atrium 10th floor."

"The hotel is in the middle of reconstruction so some of the amenities that we were looking forward to making use of were unavailable. The staff was as accommodating as they could be and we enjoyed our stay none the less. We are looking forward to the renovations being done, as I'm sure the rest of the staff are as well."
