"Everything was great, location was perfect to the activities we had planned for the trip, close to the bart and scooters. So glad we were able to leave our luggage while we went to get something to eat until check in time. Every staff member was great and kind. My only negatives were the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work and there was no vent/fan for shower steam. I’m sure if I brought it up someone would have came to check the outlet but I could easily use my hair tools in front of the bigger mirror. Our window was above a small street that was pretty active during the day but very quiet at night."

"The hotel is situated in the worst location in San Francisco. Right outside the entrance, there are many homeless people and drug addicts; police cars are parked at the door every single day—it is truly dismal. I felt like I was in a drug den. I have never felt so uncomfortable and so unsupported while staying at a hotel; I was terrified. The staff members were unfriendly. The hotel was exorbitantly expensive. For the price I paid, I could have stayed near the Pier, which boasts the best location in the city. I didn't even have the courage to eat breakfast at the hotel because it was so filthy. The room we stayed in was incredibly cramped and horrible—I would not recommend it to anyone. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had—truly lamentable."

"Parking garage is closed. You have to double park in the street drop your bags in your room and then park in a public garage a block away. Very expensive at $80 per day during our stay. But no other option. Staff are friendly. Central to everything. Breakfast is mediocre at best and at 9:30 was in a state of disarray."
