"Check in was easy, it is a $150 deposite. The parking is ridiculously high but it’s San Francisco so you can’t be surprised. The room was clean. The hotel itself was clean and nice. We would definitely stay again!"

We arrived during a storm and were woken by a state emergency phone alert in the middle of the night, the hotel made a creaking noise all night for just this night, we think it was the anti-earth quake feature so its a very safe hotel."

Their enthusiasm was palpable! I travel over 150 days/year for business and I can’t remember the last time I saw a more jovial team. Bravo! Housekeeping was also very friendly. "

"I like hotels that provide free water and coffee. Easy parking at a nearby parking lot, short walk to the Embarcadero to watch the NYE fireworks. At night it was a little loud (cars and other vehicles). "

"Luxury hotel! Loved the staff. Love they have vending machines with items someone might need. Great food service. Hanging out lounge was busy but somehow felt there was enough space for everyone to fit in. Lovely rooms. I loved the views you get from staying on the higher levels rooms. Would book again."
