"The room was boiling hot when we arrived even though the thermostat said 61 degrees. Turns out they only have heat in the winter and air in the summer. Had to turn off the thermostat and open the window the 2 inches it allowed to get some cooler air into the room. Had to do this every night and then close the window because it's too noisy to sleep with open windows. "

The rooms were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable — perfect for resting after a busy day in the city. Highly recommend for anyone wanting the best of Times Square without the chaos!"

"The hotel rooms were clean, but old and had very less accessories or features. Not much of facilities, only mark goes to the staff who were nice and 100% location. It on the Time Square which is like 2 mins walk. Full marks just for the location."
