"Comenzaré con decir que el hotel no ofrece limpieza de habitaciones si no le es informado, (hay que avisar a diario) luce viejo, descuidado, las toallas no las cambian, el desayuno es aburrido, monótono y sin nada para desear, después del tercer día comer por la mañana lo mismo en mi concepto no es atractivo. Cobran el estacionamiento, no está incluido. Quizá no vuelva a este hotel, por cierto, por poco me mato en la tina de baño, que es extra resbalosa, ni por eso se ocupan de riesgos."

"Tolle Lage direkt am Rhein. Freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war für mich als Alleinreisender ausreichend groß. Das inkludierte Frühstück fand ich sehr gut. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür (am WE evtl. etwas voller) Man ist in 20-25 Minuten mit dem Rad in der Altstadt. "

"A very comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet, there's a huge shopping center just outside. The S-Bahn is only a 10min walk and then it's only another 10min for Düsseldorf central station so it's really close. The room was big and modern, it had everything you might need for your stay, the kitchen had stuff for cooking too and the fridge was spacious! Would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Düsseldorf. "

"I recently stayed at B&B HOTEL Neuss while traveling from the U.S., and overall the experience was average. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the breakfast was actually quite good with a decent selection each morning. Those were definitely the highlights. That said, the hotel itself felt a bit janky and worn down, and the rooms did not feel particularly clean or well-kept. Compared to U.S. standards, I would describe it as more comparable to a Motel 6 type experience...
