"Perfect location and great value at this hotel! It was quiet but centrally located with lots of character. Breakfast every morning was such a treat and very filling (we really missed this when we went onto another city). Staff are friendly and helpful, and know each of their guests at any given time. Rooms were surprisingly spacious given the age of the building."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean, it felt very new and fresh. The staff were very friendly and there were some thoughtful touches like a birthday treat in our room. We didn’t eat dinner in the hotel, but breakfast was excellent and in an airy, characterful room. The location was very good. Easily walkable into the city, but it still felt quietly tucked away. It is hard for taxis to reach the hotel so you have to walk the last few metres. This was no problem, but something to bear in mind for travellers with reduced mobility. Overall a fantastic hotel that I would return to."
