"Overall, the stay was fantastic. The room was clean, the staff was so kind, and in a safe area for the holiday. During my stay, I got very sick and was unable to enjoy the rest of my trip to Rio. However, the staff at Windsor Copa took incredible care of me. Their room service was outstanding and they even had an on-call doctor that comes to the hotel. This alleviated all of my stress as someone who was visiting and was unsure how to get treatment in another country. Every single staff member was fantastic. So kind and attentive. I can’t say enough amazing things about this property and would definitely stay here again. "

"I love everything about this hotel -- from the courteous, knowledgeable, friendly staff, to the rooftop bar and their restaurants! I didn't have an ocean view but it didn't matter. I just went to the top swimming pool, and/or walked out the front door. I will stay here always!"

Special shout out to my room attendant Valtbir he was so nice to my family and I and gave us great tips to be safe in Rio..The breakfast buffet was the absolute best! A variety of Fresh fruits and the older man that works at the omelette station was always so nice to me. Thanks to the entire staff of Hilton Copacabana you made our vacation absolutely special.. I would definitely go back to Hilton Copacabana."
