"I don’t know why this hotel is getting a good review , maybe my experience is just different . When we arrived for check-in and was given a room . We don’t have any hot water in our room and the front desk was informed about it . The staff who told me her name was Mariz said that the entire hotel don’t have any hot water and we just need to tolerate not having hot water to shower . She promised to give us a different room after breakfast the next day and they will not charge me the resort fee . When I check again they said that there’s no info about my complain and there is no Mariz working there . I ended up taking to the supervisor named Alex and he said that he will transfer us to a different room . But this situation makes us delayed in our itinerary that day , putting our stuff to the luggage’s and changing rooms . The worst is they said that the entire hotel are having problem with hot water . I asked multiple occupants/customers and they said they have hot water . This experience is really frustrating . Long lines in the hot food . They have only 1 person on their omelet side of the breakfast with long line of people . No other variety of food serve. It’s the same choices everyday . The complimentary towels , umbrella and chairs in the beach is very limited too for the amount of people checkedin . We have to wait for chairs and umbrellas to be empty even at a very early part of the day . "

"Great accommodation, front desk staff was very welcoming, attentive and friendly. Room was clean just a little dusty in some areas but nothing major. Beds were comfortable and a/c pretty cold. Breakfast was fantastic the offering was top notch eggs, bacon, oatmeal and more everything was very nice."

"We wait for one hour to get our room, on the wait they change us to another room because the room still unavailable. We have only one light at the bathroom and the toilet paper was a very but very low quality. No door at the shower for the type of design but you spill water out side when you are showering, the mirror of the bathroom supposed lighter but not working too. All the light inside the room as indirect lights but you can notice you need more light than that! And this is sad because this is suppose to be a renewed hotel. By the way is a very noise rooms you can listen everything, the kid on the pool, the airplanes when this ones pass, people walking outside!"

"Excellent resort. Comfortable beds and rooms. The pool was really well laid out with spaces for families and couples alike. The restaurants were excellent. Buffet breakfast was so fresh and well stocked. Cocktails were delicious. The beach is beautiful. Unfortunately the water was a bit rough during our stay, so we mostly stayed by the pool. We would love to return in the future. "
