"I only stayed 1 night in a tiny room smaller than an inside cabin on a cruise ship. When I complained, they upgraded me to a room in their sister hotel, Casa Olié, It was roomy, had a king-size bed and was excellent. I will stay there whenever I am in Oaxaca. a cruise ship. When I complained and requested a cancellation, they upgraded me to an excellent room room"

"Location could not be better but the first night the front desk lacked skills and empathy when my room had a dangerous broken window (which as aolder woman alone) that opened onto a parking lot at night! She charged me $50 to have a safe room. I reported her and the hotel made it right the next day"

"What a lovely hotel! Great location as well. The hotel is greatly curated, as are the rooms— which were clean and had a/c. The front desk staff always friendly and helpful. Breakfast on terrace (which is included) was also delicious! Would stay here again!"

"Im very please for choosing Real Alma Hotel ! Its not too big not to small, great location! 5 blocks from the Zocalo or the Jardin, we got the balcony rooms , (just keep it in mind it’s downtown so it might get noisy during the day, but no worries you will be busy seeing the city or the other nearby places) We had breakfast included it was very good as well! I’m so happy of my experience that I’m planning to go back as soon as possible!"

"It is a beautiful boutique hotel, Not the typical chain hotel. Very well located in downtown close to many places to visit. Our room was on the smaller side but we didn't mind since we were gone most of the day. It has a restaurant with good food.I would come back."

"Es un hotel antiguo pero bonito, no me gustó que mi esposo necesitaba hielo para colocar en la rodilla por inflamación y le querían cobrar, al final se lo dieron sin costo. El a/a de nuestro dormitorio se arruinó solicitamos cambio de habitación y nos movieron a otra. Me gustó lo seguro del hotel nos quedó perfecto para continuar nuestra ruta."
