Hotel is conveniently located close to shopping, coffee, restaurants, and city attractions. We appreciated the walkability to many places. Welcome drink was a nice bonus and the hotel staff was amazing. We did not love the location of our room at the back corner of the hotel, or the size of the room. We felt a bit cramped. Overall, a nice place to stay central for a few nights.

Had our 31 anniversary of marriage. Staff prepared our room with flowers and decorations without us asking anyone. This was a surprised and we loved it!! . This hotel is perfect for easy acess to Resturants and walking distance to gift shops including Mercado.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing. Didn't have the food or breakfast, so no comment on that. But the room was comfortable and quiet and the location was about as good as you can get. I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is centrally located near shops, key sites and restaurants. The teacher strike was a big negative and it would have been nice receive a discount on the hotel rate because of the tents outside the hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family who plan to visit Oaxaca.
