"ULIV was a fantastic spot in CDMX. The location is ideal and it’s in a great neighborhood that is close to great places to eat and also just a few blocks away from the Metro. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and secure. I felt safe and they have the kindest staff. There is a great roof top and laundry room which is a bonus. I can’t wait to book my next stay in this great city at ULIV! "

"After arriving very late due to flight delays, the front desk staff checked us in and offered a late check out so we could get some rest. Pool was nice. All of the staff at the hotel was very helpful. The rooms are average size but well appointed. Would stay again. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only slight peeve in that area is that there are steps up to the front desk, and nobody helped us lug our bags. The room itself was modern and comfortable, spacious and with a nice sofa. The mattresses were a little soft for our liking. The balcony was a nice addition, even though there is a fair amount of auto noise. The bathroom was one of my few issues with the room at Vuestro. First, it's small. Second, the shower pan seems to leak on the floor. But the biggest issue is that the water often takes quite a while (like 5 minutes) to get hot, which in water-constrained CDMX seems exceptionally wasteful. To top it off, the showerhead is not low-flow, making the issue even worse. Breakfast was lovely. Only a couple of options, but everything was high quality and prepared to order. The coffee was outstanding, as well. Breakfast staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Lastly, a shout out to the restaurant/bar Berta across the street! It's an amazing little spot, and I hope that Vuestro and Berta form a good symbiosis over time. Overall, despite the few flaws, I highly recommend Vuestro and think it was an exceptional value. "
