"The room was cleaned daily. Clean towels, bar soap, toilet paper were left on a daily basis. We just had problems with knobs turning the water off and on in the wash basin. The knobs were very tight. (hard to turn). If you held the flush knob too long the water would come out of the bottom of the toilet bowl. Otherwise the room was adequate and very quiet. You could choose to have coffee and bread for breakfast instead of a full breakfast for a less price and was good if you are in a hurry. The ladies that cleaned the room were very polite and helpful."

"I enjoyed my stay at ULIV Cibeles! The amenities were the standout for me, the gym, terrace + laundry centre were all amazing. And the location is unbeatable if you want to be in the heart of Roma Norte, it’s close to all the great spots on Colima street (amazing restaurants and shopping right nearby). My only critique is the room itself fell a bit short of the photos online. Like especially the bathroom felt somewhat outdated + the tile grout in my room needed recaulking, which gave the space a slightly dirty look despite otherwise being very clean! Overall though, a really good hotel especially for the price. Would recommend :)"

"This hotel was in a great location. The part that was the most impressive to me was their service. They were very accommodating, very attentive, and the kindest service we've ever encountered with any hotel. A few perks that turned out to be very helpful is that they had accessible umbrellas and ponchos you can borrow as you step out, immediately outside the building. These came in very handy when it rained. You just have to ask. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone."

"Excellent hotel, very nice, clean and comfortable. The Porter was very kind and helpful. The only comments we would have for improvement would be that it would be nice to have coffee available early (either in the room or in the lobby) and also to provide iron and ironing board in the rooms. Also, the special shower was in need of repair. Thank you"

"This boutique hotel could not be more charming. The understated chic architecture and decor helped set the mood for our first time stay in CDMX. We booked two rooms for our family which gave us an opportunity to see the outdoor spaces of a balcony and courtyard. While the spaces were small both were appreciated. Bathrooms were well appointed and the staff were warm and welcoming. Breakfast options were perfectly sufficient for the different food preferences of our family (health conscious and hearty). Lastly the location was perfect. A ten minute walk to the park, 25 mins to the heart of Roma Norte and Anthropology Museum. We would definitely staff here again!"
